Privacy Policy The College of Public Speaking does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. We accept credit card payment, bankers transfer and electronic banking and PayPal.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until after the course/workshop has been delivered.
We do not store any of your personal details on this website.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced services, or we are no longer able to supply a particular service for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Information that we require from you in order to secure your booking:
You must provide your name, email address and a PayPal account number, credit card, debit card or bank account information.
Tax Charges: All orders are subject to VAT at 20.00% where applicable from January 4th 2011.
Credit Card Security: When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee: We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our courses/workshops come with a no quibble guarantee.

Terms and Conditions for a College of Public Speaking public course or workshop 2011.
Payment
The course fee must be paid, in full, no later than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course. The College of Public Speaking reserves the right to re-allocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid in time.
Cancellation of training courses and workshops:
If the client wishes to postpone or cancel a course, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Between 2 and 4 weeks 50% of course fees Less than 2 weeks 100% of course fees
Delegates attending any part of a course will be charged the full amount. No refund can be issued where clients leave the course early.
Changing delegate details:
You may change the original delegate free of charge.
