Maintaining and Improving Training Standards
If you are considering a training provider that does not carry the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice qualification 2007-2010, we would suggest that you reconsider. Naturally, we have achieved and surpassed that industry benchmark qualification and we invite you to attend courses and workshops of the highest guaranteed standards.
Booking and Payment Procedure

We would appreciate it as an individual if you would pay the course fee online within 48 hours (company payments often take longer).

Our regular presentation skills courses begin at 09:30 prompt and end at 17:00 with an hour for lunch. These courses are intensive and lead you through the minefield of effective communication.
