I took three coaching sessions with Vince at the College of Public Speaking, with the aim of developing my performance in the art and discipline of refining my impact and delivery of keynote speeches. Vince developed great rapport, clarified my goals, provided great support, skillfully provoked areas where I could do better, offered direct advice and ideas where this was appropriate rather than pussyfooting around areas where I needed to be challenged. This was only possible due to Vince's extensive experience in public speaking plus an array of coaching techniques which were used authentically and naturally rather than in a 'wooden' way.

I have already put the lessons learned into practice and this has enabled me to significantly raise my profile with key clients. At the same time, I have secured a slot as a TV presenter, which is a vital aspect of gaining more business for my company.
