In 2005 the European Social Fund nominated Vince's communications skills course for an award in National Learners' Week.

Vince runs regular workshops up and down the country and is an ‘in demand’ after dinner speaker. His hobbies are fundraising for Speakers Clubs as well as Bromley Arts Council.
