Personal development is something I truly believe in and practice constantly. I sincerely believe there isn't a problem or challenge that cannot be overcome as long as you're open to learning and growing. Personal development is one of the best ways to grow along life's journey.

I have overcome many challenges both personally and professionally. Every time when I face a new challenge or when I hit a plateau, I know it is time for me to learn and grow. This approach never disappoints. Despite the size of the problem, when I grow, the problem dissipates.

In his Ted Talk 'From Knowledge to Knowledgeable', Michael Wesch asserts that 'meaning is not something you find but something that you create'. This assertion challenges me to develop learning designs that provoke deeper and more open-ended thinking.

I know that suffering is never a fact, it's a perception of the fact. It's the meaning you created. Therefore, my entire training cycle is around empowering students to take control of their life and their future.

For over a decade, I have passionately pursued the answers to the questions, 'How can I live life on my own terms? How can I make the best of myself and others?' Through research, learning and experience, I came to the conclusion that you can help anybody change their life, if they want to and when they want to.

It's is my deepest desire to provide such an opportunity to as many students as possible.
