Although being a trainer is the best job in the world, it’s also one of the most demanding.
You have a manager and senior stakeholders to satisfy, as well as your students.
It’s quite a juggling act with shifting layers of priorities. You'll also spend time in isolation preparing classes.
Working alone is tough, but it’s in your schedule, and the clock is ticking.
It's a good job you're a self-starter who motivates others.
Training is a leadership role. You’re managing people’s most valuable asset, their time. So, initially you need to become familiar with the jigsaw below.
Most trainers start off as subject matter experts and suddenly realise that group work requires a specialised mindset to achieve effective skills transfer.
You know your material, but can you present it in a digestible manner for multiple personality profiles?
If you want success, this discipline requires profound thought. Success doesn’t happen by chance.
There’s no point in being brilliant one day and mediocre the next. Consistency breeds confidence, competence and clarity.
We offer a balanced approach to many training variables that you may not be aware of yet. This will help you hit the ground running.
It's important for your sense of achievement to know for sure that you’re on the correct professional path.
If you have no official training qualifications or guided experience, then this course is for you.
If you're aiming for career success and you have 'a determined attitude', then you're my dream student and I'd like to meet you soon.

This course delivers multiple training models, templates, techniques and training metaphors that provide support, build resilience, and help you and your company progress to the next level.
After completing the sessions, you’ll be able to add respected professional trainer certifications to your CV.
